I usually always finish a book I start, though lately I have softened my position on this. In the case of this book, I only read about half of it--but will probably go back and finish it at some point. Maybe the timing was off. I do know that certain books have to arrive at the appropriate time. It was well enough written, of course, and parts of it I enjoyed--but it just wasn't engaging me the way I wanted it to, and to be honest I guess I was juggling quite a few other books at the time that engaged me more...so I did just stop and put it away.
